Job summary

The Welder in Houston will perform torch and plasma cutting, fit, tack and MIG weld carbon steel in vee groove and full penetration bevel joints on a wide variety of parts and assemblies, including structural components, pressure vessels and fabrication projects for ongoing production. You will read blueprints, verify dimensions and maintain weld integrity.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop equipment as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
