Job summary

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Certified Welder (AWS, WABO) for a client delivering high-quality steel products. If you want growth and large projects, this role offers hands-on welding on major structures and fabrication.

You will read blueprints and weld symbols, ensure material efficiency, and follow WPS/PQR guidelines. Two shifts in Spokane area with competitive hourly pay and benefits including medical options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Welder (AWS, WABO).
• Experience with steel fabrication techniques, steel grades, and shapes.
• Experience maximizing material utilization and minimizing waste.
• Read Blueprints, sections and plan drawings, and weld symbols.
• Must be able to read and derive measurements, dimensions, and quantity of material needed to fabricate a structure.
• Knowledge of applicable WPS and PQR (as required)

Wage:

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour DOE

2 Shifts available:

• Monday-Thursday, 4:00am – 2:30pm
• Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am
