Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter for our manufacturing team. The role requires strong welding and fabrication skills, mechanical knowledge, and precise fitting of metal components before welding.

Shift: 2nd Shift. Pay: $26 - $30 per hour plus 15% differential. Benefits include weekly pay and health/dental/vision coverage after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Fit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components.
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• Fit, align, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools
• Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish components
• Grind, clean, and prepare welds as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
