Job description

We are seeking qualified welders who can weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel — MiG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core — to join our innovative, fast-growing company. The candidates should be able to read and red-line drawings, fit subcomponents properly, and communicate clearly in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel — MiG, TIG, Flux-Core
2. Read and red-line drawings
3. Fit components together
4. Skilled in reading engineering drawings
5. Maintain weld equipment and keep the welding area organized and clean
6. Take measurements and understand metric vs. inch systems
7. Collaborate effectively within a team to boost productivity
8. Understand quality requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to read drawings
• Experience in red-lining drawings and proper fitting
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of experience welding aluminum

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

• Ability to lift and carry 50-100 lb. bags, boxes, or pallets for short distances
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass all Drug & Alcohol screenings
• Limited exposure to fumes, dirt, noise, and hazardous chemicals; safety equipment may be required
