Fabrication Welder/Fitter – Burlington, WI | Competitive Pay + Benefits

American Bin and Conveyor is the preferred supplier in the aggregate, sand, mineral, and bulk material handling industries. We’re hiring Fabrication Welder/Fitters to join our Burlington, WI manufacturing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use measuring devices to lay out and fit steel for welding.
• Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions per blueprints.
• Grind and smooth edges for a finished product.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years' welding experience.
• 2 years' fitting experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic mathematics and measurements.
• Experience working with and reading blueprints.
• Experience with layout and measuring.
• Ability to inspect fabricated parts before welding.
• High attention to safety to prevent injury to self and others.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
