MSI Defense Solutions in Mooresville, NC, is hiring experienced Welders for a 4x10 schedule (Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm) on a five-building campus. You will read blueprints, prepare and fit materials, and weld/fabricate metal components using a variety of tools.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience with steel, chromoly, and aluminum.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience with fabrication equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to achieve required weld certifications.
• Applicants must meet U.S. citizenship requirements and be able to obtain a security clearance if required.

• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment.
