Industrial Equipment Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Springdale, AR. You will operate welding equipment, measure parts, and assemble components, with emphasis on stainless steel TIG welding. Weekend availability is required to meet production needs.

The role requires three years of TIG stainless welding and fabrication experience, ability to read drawings and tapes, and a commitment to safety on job sites and in shop.

Qualifications

• Three years TIG stainless steel welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret design drawing prints.
• Pre-employment drug screen and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a qualified Welder/ Fabricator who is looking for a rewarding career. The position is responsible for operating welding equipment, measuring the dimensions of products and workpieces, and assembling workpieces to ensure proper assembly. By maintaining attention to detail and a high level of motivation, the Welder/ Fabricator will analyze diagrams and cut metal by operating industrial welding/fabrication equipment.

By adhering to the job site and shop safety requirements, the position will operate equipment safely and maintain safe work habits. Three years of TIG stainless steel welding and fabrication experience is required. The Welder/ Fabricator must be available to work on the weekends.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Weld test is required to demonstrate welding proficiency and skill
• Basic knowledge of mechanic and math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret design drawing prints.
• Must have exceptional stainless-steel fabrication and welding skills, including cutting, grinding, layout and forming.
• Valid driver's license
• Pre-employment drug screen

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
