MSI Defense Solutions is hiring experienced welders to join our Mooresville, North Carolina team. You will read blueprints, prepare materials, and weld/fabricate metal components using a variety of tools, contributing to meaningful defense work.

The role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork, with a 4x10 schedule (Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm) and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should bring 3+ years MIG/TIG welding experience and the ability to obtain weld certifications.

Formación

• 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience (steel, chromoly, aluminum).
• Interpret welding symbols and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with fabrication equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to achieve required weld certifications.

In this hands-on role, you'll read blueprints, prepare and fit materials, and weld and fabricate metal components using a variety of tools and equipment. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented fabricators who take pride in quality work, prioritize safety, and work well with others.

What you'll bring:

• Preferably 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience with steel, chromoly, and aluminum

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
