Coastal Precast Systems is looking to add a reliable and experienced Welder/Fabricator to our dynamic team! This is a full-time, high-paced position offering competitive pay, dependent on experience. Benefits are available after 90

days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of welders and fabricators.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Efficiently read and interpret tape measures and technical drawings.
• Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques proficiently.
