Job description

Coastal Precast Systems is looking to add a reliable and experienced Welder / Fabricator to our dynamic team! This is a full-time, high-paced position offering competitive pay dependent on experience. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and lead a team of welders and fabricators.
2. Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
3. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
4. Efficiently read and interpret tape measures and technical drawings.
5. Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques proficiently.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant welding / fabrication experience.
2. Certification as a Welder or recent welding school graduate preferred.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
