Lift Solutions and CapCo Crane & Hoist are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. The role focuses on layout, welding, and assembly of overhead cranes and lifting equipment across diverse industries.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in welding/fabrication, proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick welding, and the ability to read blueprints. OSHA safety compliance and physical stamina are essential for success in this fast-paced shop and on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints for layout and fabricating metal shapes.
• 3+ years welding/fabrication in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG and stick welding.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Layout/manufacturing of electric overhead bridge cranes.
• Perform welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals using MIG, TIG, and stick processes.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to fabricate custom parts and assemblies.
• Assemble fabricated components into final products with structural integrity and alignment.
• Inspect and test welds and finished products to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on fabrication equipment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols in shop or on-site.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues to maintain workflow and quality.
