Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator for our Green Bay client. The role focuses on MIG welding mild steel, stainless, and some aluminum, with reading blueprints and shop drawings to customer specs in a job shop setting. TIG aluminum is a plus but not required.

The work is on 1st shift with potential overtime. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years MIG welding experience in a shop environment, strong fabrication skills, and the ability to read complex drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MIG welding experience in a job shop environment.
• Strong fabrication skills working with mild and stainless steel.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
• TIG welding experience a huge plus.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• MIG welds mild steel, stainless steel and some aluminum per customer specs.
• Read routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings; fit, assemble and set parts.
