Komline-Henry is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to perform blueprint reading, layout, fabrication, welding, cutting, torching, and grinding in a manufacturing plant. The role may involve loading/unloading freight and supervising other fabricators to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a fabrication manufacturing environment.
• Fabrication experience with large, intricate machinery preferred.
• High school diploma or GED corresponding to local requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to rig, sling and use overhead crane to lift work pieces.

Responsibilities

• Able to read and interpret blueprints and piping schematics.
• Able to read a measuring tape and lay out fabrications.
• Perform MIG and Dual Shield welding on carbon and stainless steel.
• Able to fabricate, assemble, and weld components to spec.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials.
• Maintain quality and safety in manufacturing output.
• Assist with loading/unloading inbound/outbound freight as needed.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
