Job summary

American Augers, located in West Salem, Ohio, seeks an experienced MIG welder/fabricator to join our team building reliable, high-quality machinery where each weld matters and teamwork drives our success.

Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed. Wage: $24-28 hourly, depending on experience. Benefits include PPE and growth opportunities within The Toro Company family.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience or formal training.
• Ability to pass required plate test for production welding.
• Maneuver and assemble heavy components using hand and air-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Lift and position large components using a hoist.
• Weld machine components and inspect weld quality.

Urgently hiring experienced Mig welder/fabricators. Working together, we build reliable, high-quality machinery, where every weld matters and teamwork drives our success.

Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, some overtime as needed
Wage: $24 - $28 hourly, depending on experience

American Augers, located in West Salem, Ohio is a division of The Toro Company (TTC). What Does an American Augers Welder Do?

• Read information from blueprints, technical manuals, or other documents.
• Use a hoist to lift and position large, heavier components and completed weldments.
• Set up, adjust, and operate MIG welding equipment to weld machine components.

What Elements Do We Look For?

• MIG welding experience or have completed a formal welding training program.
• Ability to pass required entry-level plate test for production welding.
• Appropriate mechanical skills, including experience using hand and air-powered tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
