We are a custom metal fabrication shop serving Long Island and NYC. We specialize in high-end architectural metals, including custom railings, gates, egress grating, and structural steel. Our team is built on craftsmanship, precision, and professionalism.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team on a part-time basis, with potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, and interpreting shop drawings. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Fabricate custom components from shop drawings and sketches

Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts

Operate standard fabrication equipment.

Assist with field installations, as needed

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (architectural metals )

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

Proficiency with power tools and fabrication equipment

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Reliable transportation to our West Hempstead shop

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

Field installation experience

Valid driver’s license

Schedule:

Part-time (flexible hours, approximately 15–25 hours/week to start)

Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and workload

Compensation:
