Job summary

Creative Modular Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking a skilled Welder & Fabricator who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

You will perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding, fabricate metal components from blueprints, read drawings, measure and inspect work, and identify defects while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting production goals with the engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Welding/fabrication experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding as required.

Schedule

Flexible shift availability required. Positions may includeday, afternoon, evening, night, and overnight shifts based on production needs.
