Responsibilities

• Proficient in various weld processes, GMAW, GTAW.
• Experience welding various materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium.
• Ability to read, understand, and work with engineering drawings.
• Perform simple mathematics, be familiar with fractional and decimal measurements and measuring devices.
• Be adept at performing Quality Control on finished products, ensuring specified performance standards and tolerances.
• Be detail oriented and fabricate quality parts/structures within specified dimensional tolerances.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pivot between projects.
• Be a team player and able to work with others.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule, ability to work overtime as necessary.

The Welder/Fabrication position requires skillful, efficient, quality custom fabrication within demanding scheduled time periods. The candidate must have strong communication & problem-solving skills, be able to read & interpret printed CAD Drawings and be able to accurately measure, cut and detail materials.
