What would you do working in this role?

• Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings
• Welding daily—MIG, TIG, Stick
• Work with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (includes custom fabricated items)
• Cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating
• Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean-up, organizing shop, etc.)
• Grinding
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Train in the shop fabrication process
• Maintain a Lean working environment
