    • Ensure that all welds comply with relevant safety codes, industry standards, and company procedures.
  4. Safety and Compliance:

    • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding and fabrication tasks.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.

    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and resolve issues during the welding and fabrication processes.
    • Provide input on improving fabrication techniques or materials to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different welding situations.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Welder or equivalent).
