Pataskala is seeking a Welder Fabricator to join a growing OH manufacturing team. The role involves reading blueprints and technical drawings, performing MIG/TIG/Stick welding, and fabricating metal components to exacting standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator, Welder Fabricator, Structural Welder, or Metal Fabrication Technician.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to accurately measure and layout materials.
• Experience using welding and fabrication tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components and structures.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, shears, and grinders.
• Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
