Are you ready to collaborate with our team and run your own shop?

We are a growing manufacturer of custom industrial and wastewater treatment equipment, known for precision-built tanks, skids, and integrated systems. We’re seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality equipment built to spec from CAD drawings.

Responsibilities:

1. Fabricate and weld 304SS 3/16" tanks, frames, and custom components using MIG/TIG welding processes.
2. Read and interpret CAD-based fabrication drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks prints).
3. Measure, cut, drill, and prepare material as per job specifications.
4. Install basic instrumentation (e.g., radar level sensors, mixers, pumps, shaft/sprockets) during final assembly.
5. Occasional travel for startups and/or basic instrumentation installs/service.
6. Run basic conduit and wire routing to support equipment buildouts.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow shop safety standards.
8. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in welding/fabrication (industrial or equipment manufacturing).
2. Comfortable learning about and utilizing automation - CNC mill machine, robotic welding arms, etc. Experience preferred.
3. Ability to read fabrication drawings and interpret weld symbols, material specs, and layouts.
4. Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
5. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly (conduit, wiring, sensors).
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.

Additional preferred but not required:

1. Forklift operation experience.
2. Familiarity with stainless steel and carbon steel fabrication.
3. Experience installing/maintaining level sensors, mixers, or various process instrumentation.
