Job description

Our shop in Monterey Park is looking for a MIG welder / Fabricator. The candidate must be flexible to work either first or second shift.

We operate as a fabrication job shop combined with a production environment. Typically, a worker is assigned specific parts to process from start to finish, including fabrication, assembly, and welding, based on detailed drawings and job cards. The work pace is predetermined based on the product type to remain competitive.

• Arbor Press
• MNC Press Brake
• Cold Saw
• Horizontal Band Saw
• Welder for MIG steel and aluminum
• Spot Welder
• Tube Bender
• NC Hydraulic Shear
• Angle Shear
• Lathe
• NC, Semi Automatic Mill
• Drill Press
• Grinder
• Sander
• Reading Blue Prints (drawings)
• Ironworker

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to read fabrication drawings (blueprints)
• Experience with MIG welding on steel; aluminum welding is a plus
• Familiarity with commonly used shop tools listed above
• Knowledge of standard measuring tools used in the industry
