Position Title: Welder/Fabricator

Wage: $20-$24/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of welding operations with a commitment to innovation, continuously exploring ways to improve techniques and efficiencies.
2. Fabricate metal components and structures based on engineering specifications and blueprints, taking ownership of the quality and precision in each piece.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
2. Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and the use of tools; experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
3. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
4. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
5. Familiarity with welding safety standards and equipment maintenance.
6. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in a demanding environment.
