Job summary

Custom Staffing is hiring a 1st Shift Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. The role involves fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints, reading and interpreting drawings, and producing high-quality finished products on a 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift.

Ideal candidates have experience welding with flux-cored welding wire (FCAW), can read blueprints, and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience fabricating from blueprints preferred.
• Experience welding with FCAW required.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Custom Staffing is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Welder/Fabricator.

Shift:
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$21.00/hr-$24.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) to produce high-quality finished products.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Previous experience fabricating directly from blueprints is preferred.
• Experience welding with flux-cored welding wire (FCAW) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
