About the Role

Our Fargo fabrication department is looking for a talented Welder/Fabricator to help build custom products and equipment. You will be tasked with transforming technical blueprints into finished goods.

We are looking for someone who excels at welding and fabrication, understands how to interpret design schematics, and is committed to delivering precise, top-tier results.

Core Duties
  • Analyze shop blueprints to prepare materials for precise fabrication.
  • Construct various products and assemblies using welding techniques to ensure high-quality output.
  • Work alongside CAD designers to streamline production workflows and minimize operational expenses.
  • Maintain an orderly workspace to optimize the efficiency of our shop and yard areas.
  • Support field teams by assisting with the loading and unloading of project supplies.
  • Operate mobile machinery safely to ensure daily tasks are completed effectively.
  • Adhere to all organizational safety protocols and environmental regulations to protect the team.
  • Create custom equipment and components that strictly align with provided design specifications.
Required Skills and Expertise
  • Possess professional welding qualifications.
  • Prior experience in welding and fabrication is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in understanding and utilizing shop drawings.
