Qualifications:

• Must have real-world welding/fabrication experience (not entry-level or fresh out of welding school).
• Strong ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience welding with MIG, TIG, and Stick on various sheet metals and thicknesses.
• Ability to form, square, and assemble from raw materials with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of grinding and finishing techniques for clean, professional welds.
