Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine welding processes.
• Prepare and set up: Position, align, fit and weld parts following blueprints and layout specifications.
• Lift and position materials using cranes or forklifts as needed.
• Ensure quality by inspecting materials before, during, and after production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain organization standards (5-S).
