Job summary

The-Crosby-Grou in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Welder Class B to weld castings and fabrications per specifications. This role also operates welding, cutting, pantograph, sheave-making, and other production equipment while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.

First shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with potential overtime. Pay ranges from $27.04 to $28.23 per hour, with a probationary period that precedes the increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of welder experience.
• Advanced welding experience per progression requirements.
• Ability to read welding procedures and follow measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Select the appropriate welding rod for each job.
• Weld castings and fabrications per specifications.
• Pass required tensile and code tests.
• Operate pantograph, cutting, and other production machines.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Use precision measuring tools and shop mathematics.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain regular attendance.
