Job summary

e2Companies LLC is seeking a Welder at its Fort Myers production facility to fabricate and assemble structural steel for power systems, including BESS enclosures and transformer structures. You will work on carbon steel and support field deployments across sites nationwide.

The role requires the ability to read fabrication drawings, perform MIG welding, and maintain a safe, productive work environment in a fast-paced team setting. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG welding; Stick and Flux-Core welding are a plus.
• Experience reading fabrication drawings and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on carbon steel components including BESS enclosures and transformer structures.
• Weld and assemble completed structures onto trailers for transport and field deployment.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure correct weld placement and fitment.
• Prepare materials for welding including cutting, grinding, fitting, and layout.
• Inspect completed welds for conformance to specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift (with assistance) to position heavy assemblies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per safety policies.
• Collaborate with production to meet daily output targets and delivery schedules.
• Perform occasional field welding, repairs, or on-site modifications as needed.
