Job summary

This position will be responsible for TIG and MIG welding techniques to join materials together for specified product. Specializing in thin gauge material and complex welds. Adheres to safety and quality standards.

You Will:

Join metal parts together per engineered specifications using heat

Uses MIG and TIG weld techniques

Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures

Proficient in all Standard Operating Procedures for Department/Cell

Proficient understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment

Sustain inventory and parts replenishment systems

Assist in training employees within department

You Have:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years vocational school a plus.Requires proficient knowledge of welding methods and techniques, material characteristics and fit-up procedures.Must have on-the-job training plus 3+ years of welding experience at a previous company.
