Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a Welder & Assembly Technician for in-person work in Auburn, WA. You will assemble products from drawings, perform full machine assembly, and complete MIG welding and fabrication tasks on day shift.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years MIG welding experience, read technical drawings, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role offers overtime, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a long-established manufacturing environment.

$23-$28/hour DOE

Schedule:

Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

A long-established manufacturing company specializing in road maintenance equipment is seeking a skilled Welder / Assembly Technician to join its production team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble high-quality products using technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Perform full machine assembly.
• Complete MIG welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and work collaboratively with the production team.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
