Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Welder/Assembler for our Lancaster area manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components based on drawings and production specs, using MIG welding and various fabrication tools. Reading blueprints and maintaining high-quality work are essential.

The role is 2nd shift with pay between $23 and $27.60 per hour, plus two pay raises in the first year and overtime opportunities. Weekly pay and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and mechanical assembly experience required.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, squares).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components per drawings and specifications.
• Interpret and follow production standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report quality issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has experience with mig welding, mechanical assembly, and using fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment.

• 2nd Shift
• Pay $23 - $27.60 an hour based on experience
• 2 Pay Raises in 1st year
• Monday thru Thursday 10-Hour Shifts
• Overtime Available!
