Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Welder to join our fabrication team in Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate has MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in precision in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will work 1st or 2nd shift, Monday–Friday with some weekend work, earning $25–$27 per hour based on experience. Strong reliability and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and align metal components to specifications.
• Proficient with measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, and levels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
