Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Welder Apprentice for the 2nd shift to join our team. You will work across MIG, TIG, and stud welding, with focus on 0.052” GMAW in 1G/2G positions and required qualification tests after training.

Six weeks of Weld School followed by three weeks of on-the-job training prepares you for a hands-on role that supports production. Position offers Day One benefits and competitive wages.

We have 15 robotic welding cells and over 30 different weld stations to complete daily builds. As a fabricator the main welding process is 0.052” GMAW (MIG) in the 1G/2G & 1F/2F positions.
