Caterpillar is seeking a Welder for the Boone, NC area on 2nd shift. You will operate MIG welding equipment, inspect results with gauges, and perform repairs to ensure quality.

The role requires welding experience, blueprint literacy, and teamwork, with Day ONE benefits and an 8% shift premium for 2nd shift. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications
