Job summary

Serrmi Products in the United States is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will work in flat, vertical and overhead positions, welding components to exacting standards and reading blueprints to guide fabrication.

The role supports efficient production and quality control on first shift. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental and vision, a 401K and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Welding Certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of continual welding experience.
• Experience with mild steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret multipage blueprints.
• Ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit for extended periods.
• Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
• Push, pull, lift, or move 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.

Summary:

The Welder position is responsible for welding components in flat, vertical and overhead positions.

Required Experiences:

• Welding Certification is preferred
• Must have previous experience working with mild steel and stainless steel
• Must have solid working knowledge of current welding materials and procedures
• Attention to detail and initiative to be self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members
• Able to read and interrupt multipage blueprints.
• Weld separately or in combination of, using stainless steel, cast iron and other alloys.
• At least 2 years of continual welding experience

First shift: 6am-4:30pm; Monday-Thursday
Second shift: 4pm-2:30am; Monday-Thursday
Weekend shift: 6am-6:30pm; Friday-Sunday
