Job DescriptionWelder - St. Louis, MI

Pay Range: $17 - $30

Shift Times:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 5:00PM - 5:30AM, Monday - Thursday
• Weekend Shift: 5:00AM - 5:30PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Overview:

• Basic understanding of weld symbols, welding positions, and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of hand tools such as grinders, tape measures, chipping hammers, and personal protective equipment.

Job Functions:

• Experience with Flux-Core Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding. Proficiency in at least one process.
• Knowledge of Oxy-Fuel, Plasma Arc Cutting, and Carbon Arc Cutting equipment.
• Ability to set welding machine parameters with supervisory guidance and understand Welding Procedure Specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment through proper training and awareness.
