Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Welder for 3rd shift in Florida. You will operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines, inspect your work, and perform in-station repairs to ensure quality and efficiency.

You must have welding operation experience, be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work as part of a team. The company provides Day ONE benefits and a path to growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines to weld components.
• Inspect own work using weld gauges and other measuring tools.
• Perform in-station repair on defective welds.
• Clear robotic welding system faults and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow documented procedures, routings, and blueprints for safe, defect-free work.
• Adhere to 5S and continuous improvement practices.
