Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing's Land Pride division in Salina, KS is seeking an experienced 2nd shift welder to join our Kipp Facility. The role involves welding in multiple positions, operating welding robots, and supporting a fast-paced production line.

You will lift heavy parts, perform weld inspection, and ensure product quality while adhering to OSHA and company safety policies. Overtime on Fridays is required, and a strong team-oriented, detail-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Land Pride, a division of Great Plains Manufacturing, currently has an opening for an experienced 2ndShift Welderat our Kipp Facility.

This position works Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with overtime on Fridays, as required.

• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
• Operation of various welding robots
• Lift heavy parts throughout the shift
• Clean, repair and examine welds as needed
• Conduct quality checks throughout the shift
• Follow all Great Plains policies and OSHA safety regulations and wears prescribed safety and protective equipment
• Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
