Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Welder/Fabricator in Minnesota. You will read blueprints, lay out parts, weld in fixtures, and inspect welds to ensure quality. The role requires MIG welding experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and commitment to safe work practices.

The position is a full-time on-site role with forty hours per week and occasional overtime to meet production deadlines. Benefits include comprehensive medical and related coverages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and welding tasks.
• Layout, assemble in jigs or fixtures, weld and inspect welds.
• Sanding, chipping and cleaning of parts to specification.
• Maintain safe work habits and operate forklifts when needed.
• Train other team members to develop depth and support in the group.
• Identify tools and equipment needed and assist in repairs as required.

Job Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Mechanical: Knowledge of designing, using and repairing machines and tools.

Hours

• Forty-hour work week.
• Occasional overtime, especially when working with customer or production deadlines.
• This position is an hourly position.
