QuikCut, LLC in Fort Wayne is seeking experienced Welder/Fitters to read blueprints, fit and weld components, and assemble metal housings to project specs.

This role requires precision craftsmanship and safety-minded work habits. 2nd shift runs 4pm-2:30am with a $3/hour shift premium, weekly pay, and a robust benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Welder/Fitter.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

QuikCut, LLC is expanding and seeking experienced Welder/Fitters for our Fort Wayne location. Our welders are responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling metal components in accordance with detailed blueprints and project specifications. This position requires precision craftsmanship, strong blueprint reading skill, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
