Job summary

Bridgeworks Co is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, fabricating and assembling high-quality metal components with precision and expertise in a controlled shop environment. You'll work across multiple welding processes and hand tools to deliver consistent results. You will interpret blueprints and welding specifications to ensure every weld meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Saturdays required: 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM (half shift). Pay is $20-$22/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Welder in a manufacturing setting
• Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Welding certification (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or equivalent credential
• Solid understanding of welding safety protocols and proper equipment handling
• Hands-on experience welding stainless steel, with the ability to execute precise welds on sheet metal
