Ferguson is seeking a Welder for 1st shift in Atlanta, GA. The role involves welding outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry and performing related welding tasks in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of welding experience, comfortable with MS Office, and capable of maintaining quality and safety at all times. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong team culture.

Competenze

• 1–3 years welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Mansioni

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station and follow quality standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety issues promptly.
