Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Welder for 1st or 2nd shift in Passaic, NJ. The role involves welding outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry, performing specialty welding tasks, and inspecting work for defects.

Maintain a safe, clean welding station and report malfunctions and safety issues. The position requires 1–3 years of welding experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong interpersonal skills to manage workloads and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet timelines.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance.
• Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.
