Qualifications

• Must meet safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work in manufacturing per OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment including automatic welders.
• Perform quality welding using GMAW and GTAW and assess weld integrity.
• Adjust machine settings for quality welds and correct as needed (teach points).
• Ensure proper penetration, appearance, and adjustments when required.
• Repair tooling components and perform quality checks on parts from tooling.
• Maintain records, generate production reports, and perform preventative maintenance.
