Job Summary

• Welding in a fast‑paced production‑style environment.
• Production‑type welding using wire‑feed arc welders on a welding line.
• Repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs.
• Staying standing at all jobs.
• Working at a steady pace to keep the welding line running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting weld problems and making adjustments to correct issues such as pin holes, undercut, and high or low weld.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Identifying welding defects and using weld gauges.
• Assembling and MIG welding parts following blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Conducting quality inspections of work.
• Maintaining equipment in good working condition and reporting maintenance and safety concerns.
• Ensuring accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Being flexible in the department and helping wherever needed.
