Job summary

F/S Manufacturing in West Fargo, ND is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate and assemble components into finished products while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and weld symbols, setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting welds, performing routine maintenance, and tracking work orders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years welding experience or equivalent training.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of safe welding practices and manufacturing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Basic computer skills to track jobs and production activities.

Physical Requirements
