Position Title: Welder Wage: Up to $28.00/hour Shift: 1st; Monday - Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with structural welds, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Welder Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on heavy plate materials
• Utilize .035 and .045 wire for structural welding applications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
• Ensure welds meet size, strength, and quality requirements
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
