Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Welder role based in North Miami Beach, FL, with some work-from-home tasks acceptable when feasible (such as documentation or planning). The Welder will perform day-to-day fabrication and welding duties, including cutting, fitting, and assembling steel components according to drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, selecting appropriate welding methods and materials, and producing high-quality welds that meet industry and company standards. The role also involves inspecting completed work, performing basic equipment maintenance, following safety protocols, and coordinating with fabricators, supervisors, and site teams to meet project deadlines. Occasional on-site erection support, measurements, and adjustments may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Welding skills, including Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties of structural steel and related metals.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA and company standards.
• Ability to operate cutting, grinding, and measuring tools with attention to detail and quality.
• Previous experience in steel fabrication or construction environments is preferred.
