Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to support the production of pump skids, energy-recovery systems, and HVAC components. You will weld, fit, and fabricate using MIG/TIG processes, read manufacturing drawings, and ensure quality and safety on a fast-paced production floor.

Ideal candidates have an active AWS welding certification, 3+ years of fabrication, and at least 2 years of welding experience, with a strong commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• AWS welding certification (active and maintained).
• Minimum 3 years fabrication experience and at least 2 years welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, fractions, decimal equivalents, and basic prints.
• Demonstrated ability to weld safely, consistently, and with minimal rework.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on structural steel, tubing, and components.
• Fit, tack, align, and weld assemblies to specification.
• Inspect welds for penetration, bead quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment, grinders, saws, clamps, and hand tools.
• Complete in-process quality documentation as required.
